-Same Day Rescheduling:
*1st Offense: No penalty.
*2nd Offense: Must pay 50% of the service price to sit again.
*3rd Offense: PERMANENTLY blocked from booking.
-Same Day Cancellations:
Will be required to pay 50% of the service price.
-No Call No Shows:
*1st offense: Must pay 100% of the missed service price to sit again.
*2nd offense: PERMANENTLY blocked from booking.

Deposit Policies:
-Deposits ( $30 for traditional locs, $50 for micro, $100 for installations) are to be paid via Cash App ($LocsandLoaded904) or Apple Pay (904-704-6910) at the time of requesting an appointment. Appointments are approved within 12 hours of deposit payment, and are confirmed via approval email.
-DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
-Deposits can be *TRANSFERABLE* if a minimum of 24 hours notice is given for rescheduling.
V.I.P. Sessions:
-V.I.P. sessions are a courtesy offered by your stylist. They come with additional perks including premium appointment slots, etc.
-Sessions after 6:00pm are considered V.I.P. and cost an additional $50 for the service.
-Sessions on Saturdays are considered V.I.P. and cost an additional $50.
NOTE: Appointments made less than 24 hours before the time of service will require immediate deposit to be confirmed, and the deposit is required to equate 50% of the service price.
