I was born in the heart of Mississippi, then transplanted into Jacksonville, FL. I found inspiration throughout the city and its community of entrepreneurs, and after 10 years of working in retail, I decided to pursue my ambition of joining them. My passion for locs began with learning how to maintain them on my family and friends. In that time, I became immersed in the culture, the beauty, and the many facets and forms of locs. This love has inspired the experience I provide to my clients, igniting my drive to educate on the power of locs and provide an environment that will leave people feeling stunning and empowered. Thanks to the love of my clients, I am grateful to be one of Jacksonville’s most highly demanded Locticians! Along with this, I am also a mother to a wonderful baby girl, and I have a dream for her to grow up in a world where she can express herself unencumbered and feel beautiful.
